Branton's Yorkies Health Guarantee

Under no circumstances will any money be refunded. We don't guarantee against hypoglycemia or diarrhea due to stress or lack of proper diet.

This guarantee is for the original buyer only.

If a puppy dies before 1 year of age of any birth defect such as heart, kidney, or liver failure, the puppy will be replaced with the next available puppy.

To validate this guarantee an autopsy must be preformed by a licensed Veterinarian, and written report stating the cause of death and signed by the Vet, and must be presented to Branton's Yorkies. If an autopsy is not preformed this guarantee is null and void.

If any legal action is brought against Branton's Yorkies the litigation must be in the jurisdiction of Marshall county in the state of Tennessee. The buyer assumes all Vet charges and will not charge any of the cost to Branton's Yorkies. Branton's Yorkies has never had any legal action taken against them since their start.

NO GUARANTEE FOR LUXATING PATELLAS (loose knee caps)

Warning not to give Lepto vaccines to puppies since alot of the small breeds are allergic to it and the allergic reaction can kill a puppy. It usually is mixed with the parvo and distemper vaccine.

Branton's Yorkies will provide registration papers AKC or CKC to the buyer upon receiving your puppy or as soon as they become available.

Branton's Yorkies charge a NON-REFUNDABLE $300.00 deposit to hold your puppy. A puppy is not considered sold until all funds have cleared in our bank. We accept money orders, checks, or cash.
