I understand that Branton's Yorkies cannot guarantee size, color, coat type, or disposition of a dog/puppy. The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase in order to validate this guarantee. If the puppy is diagnosed as "unfit for sale" by the vet, the seller will replace the puppy with the next available puppy. If you do not want to return the puppy, then you are accepting it "As IS" and this guarantee is null and void.
Under no circumstances will any money be refunded. We do not guarantee against hypoglycemia or diarrhea due to stress or lack of proper diet.
This guarantee is for the original buyer only.
If a puppy dies before 1 year of age of any birth defect such as heart, kidney, or liver failure, the puppy will be replaced with the next available puppy.
To validate this guarantee an autopsy must be preformed by a licensed veterinarian. A written report, signed by the vet, stating the cause of death must be presented to Branton's Yorkies. If an autopsy is not preformed the guarantee is null and void.

WARNING: Do not give the Lepto vaccines to puppies since many of the small breeds are allergic to it. This allergic reaction can kill a puppy. The vaccine is usually mixed with the Parvo and Distemper vaccine.
